The Department of General Medicine manages all aspects of a patient’s general health care. It serves as the first point of contact whenever a patient visits the hospital. The department works in close association with all other superspecialities to ensure that the needs of all types of patients are properly identified and met. The Department of Internal Medicine consists of senior consultants, who have trained and worked at leading medical Institute in India. The department provides broad range of services for diagnosis and treatment of multiple adult medical problems. Opinion of the superspecialist are taken when required for better treatment.
The department also conducts community camps where screening for various medical problems like Diabetes, Hypertension, Bronchial Asthma etc., takes place. We are equipped with modern standard intensive care unit with all modern facilities with very efficient nursing care of one to one patient & nurse ratio.
