  • Registration

    When you arrive, you will be guided through our help desk for registration process with few steps to obtain from your necessary personal and medical information. We need to see and copy a photo identification card issued by a local, state or government agency.

  • Estimate

    Our staff will generate an estimation of your hospital charges during reservation or admission. The estimate may varies in cases with complications and charges for any procedure not specified at the time of admission. Therefore, we seek your understanding of the fact that the actual amount may vary from the estimate given.

  • Admission

    If you have been given a hospitalization date we encourage you to pre-register with us as early as possible to ensure admission without any complications. Pre-registration can be done in person at our 24-hours Admission desk located in the hospital reception.

  • Deposit

    A deposit is required at the time of pre-admission or admission. The sum payable varies on your choice of accommodation at Hospital.

  • Your Room

    We solicit your cooperation and support in keeping the hospital clean. Chewing paan or betel nut, smoking or drinking alcohol is not permitted in the hospital premises. Please do not dispose of any waste or rubbish anywhere other than the waste bins provided for the purpose.

  • Companion Accommodation

    Your spouse or one relative may accompany you overnight if you are occupying a private deluxe, private or semi-private room. This also applies to Semi-Private or two-bedded rooms. If you are in the ICU, you companion may use the retiring dormitory (Limited space) at free of cost (Available on 3rd floor A-wing)

  • Discharges

    The normal discharge time is between 09:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. Four hours grace time is granted during the day of discharge. We will start processing your hospital bill once your Doctor deems you fit for discharge. On receipt of the final bill, please settle the payments due, understand the prescribed medication from Duty Doctor/ nursing staff and collect your belongings. Please inform the ward secretary if you prefer an early discharge.

  • Bills

    During your stay with us, you may periodically receive interim bills which need to be paid within 24 hours. All bills must be paid before leaving the hospital.

    Do not dial or accept telephone calls after 9:00 p.m., particularly if your are sharing a room. Urgent calls will be relayed to you from the nursing station.
